Economic Bail-out: Government Helps Middle Class

Published by medtypellc at 10:34 pm under Life within the lace Edit This

Government helps middle class. While that is a really nice thought, I can not actually visualize it. While the government has meeting after meeting trying to decide which bank they want to give their non-existent billions to, the neighbors down the street struggle with which utility bill they can pay and which one they will have to let ‘go’ until next payday. Can you just imagine how much of a boost to our economy it would be if, instead of the government bailing out the banks, they actually divided that money and gave each U.S. citizen that was supporting children a portion of it? I do not mean divide it between illegal immigrants because I think it is wrong that they qualify for assistance when our own citizens are going without electricity in order to have water or having to choose between paying rent or buying food. There must be something that can be done in order to give a booster shot to our economy without jeopardizing our nation’s livelihood. We all know there is money to be made; unfortunately, the money to be made is now in more creative ways than normal traditional employment thanks to downsizing and newer technology that replaces human labor. Thankfully, we are a nation of diverse talents and skills and we will get through this recession and be stronger than ever before. Think of the talents that you may have that someone would pay money for, legally of course: housecleaning, organizing, transcribing, typing, writing, babysitting, cooking, caretaking. Search those talents on multiple search engines and you will be surprised at the results, and just how fast you can turn your own future around.
